Lambiek Factory was founded in 2016 by Jo Panneels and Jozef Van Bosstraeten and is located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. The word “Fabriek” in the name stands for their original brewing place in the “Fabriekstraat” in Ruisbroek (Sint-Pieters-Leeuw).
