3 Fonteinen Raspberry Honey is a special variant of their classic raspberry lambic, where summer raspberries are combined with a touch of honey. The summer raspberries were macerated for three months on a blend of one- and two-year-old lambics, from three different barrels and brews.

The final fruit intensity is 332 grams of raspberries per liter, which provides a rich, fruity flavor that is beautifully balanced with the sour characteristics of the lambic. What sets this version apart, however, is the addition of a subtle amount of honey – just two grams per liter at bottling. This gives a light sweetness and extra dimension to the taste, without overpowering the character of the lambic.

This Raspberry Honey offers a refined mix of the natural fruitiness of the raspberries and a delicate honey touch, resulting in a unique and complex taste experience. As with all 3 Fonteinen beers, the beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, which preserves the pure and authentic taste.
