In the autumn of 2024, the brewery was given the opportunity to acquire several barrels that had previously matured Moscadello wine. This rare, aromatic dessert wine is made from Moscatel grapes and is known for its spicy, sweet, and slightly fruity profile. A golden opportunity for the brewers: the plan to develop a barrel-aged spring bock was already in place, and these barrels proved to be the perfect match.

The result is a dark blond bock beer with a subtle sweetness and unique layers. During aging, malty notes absorb the gentle influences of the wine barrels: hints of grape, wood, and fine tannins intertwine harmoniously with the beer's fresh character.

A playful accent is added by Lady's Bedstraw, a spring herb known for its pleasant, sweet aroma and refined flavor. This gives the Bock Moscadello an elegant, spicy note that perfectly balances the natural freshness.
