The fruit intensity in this lambic is particularly high, with 382 grams of raspberries per liter of lambic, which ensures a pronounced and concentrated fruit character.

The maceration technique used results in a lighter color, which is distinctive for this lambic. When opening the bottle, the characteristic raspberry aromas and flavors immediately emerge, with the freshness and purity of the raspberries in the foreground. After maceration, the lambic is aged for almost 18 months before release, adding to the complexity and depth of the beer.
