Saint Lamvinus is a fruit lambic from Brouwerij Cantillon, brewed with grapes and with an alcohol percentage of 7.5%. This red lambic is distinguished by its pronounced fruity aromas and vinous character, with clear influences of Merlot, Grenache Noir and Syrah.

The base is a blend of lambic, matured for an average of 16 to 18 months, which is fermented with Merlot grapes. This year's edition - bottled in November 2022 - is exceptionally composed with 55% Merlot, 35% Grenache Noir and 10% Syrah.

Lambic is often considered the missing link between beer and wine. Saint Lamvinus goes one step further by using grapes originally intended for wine production, thus creating a unique cross between both worlds.

To best bring out the aroma of this beer, we recommend using a corresponding glass.
