It starts with lambic, a beer that is created by spontaneous fermentation. This unique process starts in the cooling ship, where the wort is exposed to the wild yeasts in the ambient air. The lambic then matures 100% in oak barrels, where the beer further develops and refines.

The beer has a fresh and fruity aroma, with notes of citrus (especially grapefruit), apricot and oak. The fruit is clearly present, without the spicy aromas taking over too much, resulting in an inviting scent.
