Brouwerij De Poes
Brewery de Poes was founded in 2014 by Stijn David. He trained as a baker and dietician, and can continue his passion for food - and for beer in particular - in the brewery.
De Poes has been brewing beer at Brewery Deca since the very beginning. In 2016 they installed their own microbrewery on Tielt soil with a capacity of 10 hectoliters. They are continuing their partnership with Deca and are currently brewing at two sites. Stijn brews the beer himself, both in the new microbrewery in Tielt and at Deca.
The name “De Poes” refers to the brewer's favorite animal.
