Bombrewery
BOM (Belgian Original Malt Bakery) Brewery was founded by Bert Van Hecke. He graduated as a brewing engineer and gained experience at a Trappist brewery, a Flemish brewery of red-brown beers, and subsequently started working as a cellar master in a Gueuze brewery.
His beers are brewed with home-roasted malt packets, the “BOM packets”.
Each beer has its own composed package.
Bert personally monitors the brewing process from A to Z.
