A generous amount of approximately 30 kilograms of raspberries is added per 100 liters of lambic, ensuring each bottle has a clear, fruity expression without sacrificing the lambic's character.

The beer is created by co-fermenting young lambic with the fruit, a classic method in which the natural yeasts and bacteria in the fruit and lambic initiate spontaneous fermentation. This process results in a lively, complex flavor, where the fresh acidity of the raspberry blends harmoniously with the earthy, slightly funky notes of the lambic.

As is typical of traditional lambic, this Framboise Lambic doesn't foam, but its natural liveliness and effervescence are subtly present in the aroma and texture.
