Cantillon Nath is a unique blend of one- and two-year-old lambics to which fresh rhubarb has been added. Just before bottling, the rhubarb lambic is transferred to a tank in which raspberry lambic had recently matured, contributing to an extra-layered fruity character.

The beer pours red-orange with a fine, subtle head. Funky notes emerge on the nose, along with aromas of rhubarb and subtle oak. On the palate, Nath is light and elegant, with soft carbonation and a lively, tart-fruity profile. The crisp acidity of the rhubarb is beautifully balanced by a refined tartness, which further emphasizes the dry and clean finish.
