Cantillon Fou’Foune. For Fou’Foune, Cantillon uses apricots from sustainable and environmentally friendly cultivation. The ratio is generous: no less than 300 grams of fruit per liter of lambic. The maceration is deliberately short—about five weeks—so that the lambic absorbs the full aroma and flavor of the apricots without losing its refined balance.

Traditionally, Fou’Foune marks the start of the bottling season at Cantillon at the end of August. Due to its enormous popularity, it is now the brewery's third most brewed fruit beer, after the classic Kriek and Rosé de Gambrinus.

To best bring out the aroma of this beer, we recommend using a corresponding glass.
