For this exclusive edition, the powerful Schuppenboer Grand Cru was selected as the base beer — an extra-heavy blond beer style with rich Tripel influences, sufficient structure and depth to effortlessly support prolonged barrel aging.

After resting for more than four years in carefully selected rum barrels, the beer has developed into a particularly complex Golden Ale with a distinct character. During this long maturation, the spicy profile of the Grand Cru harmoniously blends with the warm, exotic influences of the wood and the remaining rum. The result is a layered tasting beer in which every sip reveals new nuances.

In the glass, Basement Jack #05 shines in a deep golden bronze color with a rich, warm appearance.
