3 Fonteinen ZYF Blend 92 18/19 is a special edition of the Zenne y Frontera, an assembly of lambics that have matured in 11 different sherry casks - 10 Oloroso casks and 1 Amontillado cask. The Oloroso barrels were over 40 years old, which contributes to the unique flavor and complexity of this blend. The lambics, from four different brews, were just over a year old when the sherry casks were filled. As a result, the blend had a weighted average age of just over 25 months at bottling.

This Zenne y Frontera is a 100% 3 Fonteinen creation, resulting from the collaboration between Armand Debelder and maître-sommelier Andy De Brouwer. The result is a millésime beer that forms a perfect symbiosis between young traditional lambics and authentic Oloroso and Amontillado sherry casks, with rich aromas and a unique characterful taste. Zenne y Frontera reflects the craftsmanship and wild ideas of its creators, while paying tribute to the beauty of both the Zenne Valley and the Jerez region.
