Brouwerij Dikke Jan
A crazy innkeeper, a fat Jan and a passionate candidate brewer. All that was needed to create a concept with this mix of friends in 2015.
After having followed an "Artisanal Brewing" training, they experimented for a year with the "Braümeister", a small-scale, handy brew kettle, to develop their own beer.
It all started with the creation of a first beer, the "Dikke Jan Tripel".
