Puffin Brewery
Puffin Brewery is a Belgian gypsy brewery with a unique approach: they combine Belgium's rich brewing tradition with inspiration from Iceland's wild, untouched nature and culture—a characteristic reflected in their name, story, and beers. The name Puffin refers to the famous puffin, an Icelandic icon and the brewery's figurehead.
Although the brewery has its roots in Belgium, the beers are brewed in-house in small batches of approximately 500L, with each recipe developed entirely from scratch. They consistently prioritize quality over quantity, meaning many of their creations are "one-offs": unique brews that quickly disappear once sold.
What makes Puffin Brewery special is not only their love for strong, characterful beers, but also their creative approach, blending culture, nature, and craftsmanship. Their limited volumes and unique batches make each release a small discovery in itself—perfect for beer lovers curious about new flavors and stories.
The brewery is based in Membruggen (Riemst), Belgium, where interested parties can also contact them or visit them to learn more about their brewing project and award-winning beers.
In short: Puffin Brewery is an innovative Belgian brewery that combines traditional brewing with Icelandic inspiration, small-batch production, and a strong focus on flavor and originality—a must-visit for adventurous beer drinkers.
