Dok Brewing Company was born from the shared passion of three beer enthusiasts from Ghent, each bringing their own expertise within the world of beer. What united them was not only their love of craft beer, but also their pride in the city of Ghent.

The idea for their own brewpub grew from encounters with brewers and beer lovers at home and abroad. What once started as an ambitious conversation over a good glass of beer gradually took shape and evolved into a vibrant reality.
