After years of brewing beer in the cellar, the 'Flying Horse Brewers' participated in the Brouwland beer competition. They sent their version of a Trappist beer, a full malty dark beer of 10%.
In April 2011, they were chosen as the winner of the 7 finalists. This was the start of their story…..
