The Cam Nectarine Lambic is an authentic, traditional fruit lambic from De Oude Cam, where craftsmanship and natural expression take center stage. For this cuvée, a maceration with pitted nectarines was chosen, which creates extra depth and a subtle almond-like nuance from the stone.

With a generous dosage of 40 kilograms of fruit per 100 liters of lambic, the beer develops a distinct yet refined fruit expression. The nectarines are macerated for a long time in traditional lambic, allowing their aromas, sugars, and acidity to fully integrate into the beer.

On the nose, this lambic opens with fresh, lively acidity typical of spontaneous fermentation. Behind this, subtle woody notes of oak barrels unfold and a characteristic, slightly funky "barn aroma"—a natural expression of the wild yeasts and bacteria that give the beer its complex character. The nectarine notes are elegantly present: ripe, softly aromatic, and beautifully interwoven with the lambic profile, without dominating.

On the palate, a harmonious interplay of fresh acidity and refined fruitiness unfolds. The nectarine adds a round, slightly juicy dimension, while the oak provides structure and dryness.
