Oude Geuze Tilquin, brewed by Gueuzerie Tilquin, is a beer with spontaneous fermentation that is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. This beer does not undergo filtering and is not pasteurized. It is refermented in the bottle for at least 6 months. The lambics used for this are fermented and matured in oak barrels in the blendery in Bierk.

The taste of Oude Geuze Tilquin is sour and dry, but at the same time it has a certain roundness. This ensures a balanced character.
