3 Fonteinen ZYF Blend 93 18/19 is a unique Zenne y Frontera blend of lambics matured in ten different sherry casks, of which nine Oloroso casks and one Amontillado cask. The Oloroso barrels were more than forty years old and filled with young lambic from four different brews, supplemented with four-month-old lambic wort. At bottling, this blend had a weighted average age of 21 months.

This Zenne y Frontera, 100% 3 Fonteinen, is a creation of Armand Debelder and maître-sommelier Andy De Brouwer. This millésime beer combines traditional lambic that has rested in authentic, old sherry casks such as Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez. The result is a refined and characterful beer that embodies the perfection of spontaneous fermentation, rich aromas, and the beauty of both the Senne Valley and the Jerez region.
