The Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a special blend of 3 Fonteinen, where lambics come from seven different barrels and eight different brews. Almost 40% of this blend consists of aged lambics, which increases the complexity and depth of the beer.

The bottle matured for more than two years in the cellars of 3 Fonteinen before being released on the market. This long maturation process results in a weighted average age of the blend of more than 43 months, which is a considerable time for an Oude Geuze.

A unique aspect of this specific blend is the addition of summer honey, which was harvested from 3 Fonteinen's own beehives. This honey adds a subtle, natural sweetness to the beer, which complements the fruity and sour flavors of the lambic and provides an extra layer of complexity.
