For over three years and six months, this stout has been allowed to mature quietly, merging the robust power of the dark beer with the elegant sweetness and fruity complexity of Sauternes. The result is an exceptionally balanced beer in which deep notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee blend harmoniously with soft accents of honey, ripe apricot, and a subtle vinous character.
