The Cam Oude Geuze Gooikoorts is a special and festive edition of De Oude Cam, created in honor of the Gooikoorts international folk music festival, held annually in Gooik. This gueuze is a fluid ode to tradition, combining craftsmanship, time, and terroir.

The Oude Geuze is composed of a carefully selected blend of lambics of varying ages, from one to four years. The younger lambics ensure a fresh, lively refermentation in the bottle, while the older lambics add depth, structure, and complexity. These lambics are matured in Pilsner Urquell's famous century-old oak barrels, which impart subtle oak notes, refined micro-oxidation, and additional aromatic layers to the beer.

The first blend, released in 2018, contained five thousand 75cl bottles, and a 37.5cl version followed in 2019, making this exceptional gueuze even more accessible. Each bottle represents four years of careful work, followed by five years of cellaring, allowing the flavors to develop further and the complexity to harmoniously blend.
