3 Fonteinen ZYF Blend 94 18/19 is a special Zenne y Frontera blend, composed of ten different sherry casks: nine Oloroso casks and one Amontillado cask, with the Oloroso casks being more than forty years old. The lambic in this blend comes from five different brews and was a good year old when the barrels were filled. The weighted average age of the lambic at bottling was just over 24 months.

This beer is 100% brewed by 3 Fonteinen and is part of the Zenne y Frontera series, a creation of Armand Debelder and maître-sommelier Andy De Brouwer. This unique assembly of young traditional lambics has further matured in old Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and forms a harmonious combination of rich aromas, idiosyncratic characters, and the influence of two beautiful regions.

To best bring out the aroma of this beer, we recommend using a corresponding glass.
