3 Fonteinen Grape is a fruit lambic that is created by the maceration of grape (must) or the co-fermentation of grape juice or wine with traditional lambic. As with all 3 Fonteinen beers, it contains no added juices, syrups or sweeteners and is bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized, which preserves the pure taste of the ingredients.

In this specific variant, muscaris grapes were used, which were hand-picked at Wijndomein Hoenshof in Haspengouw. The grape must was macerated on a blend of two- and three-year-old lambics for almost four months, resulting in a rich, complex flavor. After maceration, the beer was blended and bottled, with a weighted average age of over 22 months.

The final fruit content is 396 grams of muscaris grapes per liter, which ensures a pronounced fruitiness and the aromatic qualities of the muscaris. It is striking that more than a quarter of the lambic batches used were brewed with grains from the Pajottenland, which contributes to the local character of the beer.

This Grape Lambic offers a layered and natural fruit flavor, combined with the depth and complexity typical of 3 Fonteinen's traditional Lambic beers.
