Up to 300 grams of fresh raspberries are added to every litre of this beer – each one hand-selected. No concentrates, no artificial flavours. Only the real fruit, with all its fresh acidity, juiciness and subtle sweetness. To make the flavour profile even rounder and softer, a small amount of 50 grams of cherries is also added per litre. This combination ensures a unique depth and elegance in the flavour.

The raspberries are co-fermented with young lambic, resulting in an exceptionally refined beer with a real, natural raspberry expression. No excessive sweetness or candy-like taste, but the feeling of tasting sun-drenched, ripe raspberries straight from the bush.

The result is a refreshing, soft and fruity beer with a full body and a pleasant drinkability. Thanks to the use of predominantly young lambic, the acidity is low, making Framboise Boon accessible to both the experienced beer lover and the curious explorer in the world of lambic beers.
