Cantillon Rosé de Gambrinus is a blend of lambic with raspberries, in the generous ratio of 200 grams of fruit per litre of lambic. This beer typically uses a two-year-old lambic, in which fresh raspberries macerate for several weeks. The production method is identical to that of the classic Kriek, with the only difference being that raspberries replace cherries.

The beer pours a vibrant red with a delicate head. Intense raspberry aromas emerge on the nose, fresh and inviting, with a hint of typical tartness. On the palate, the fruit initially comes to the fore, then becomes more subtle, giving way to the refined acidity of the lambic. The finish is dry, refreshing, and elegant.
